UNIBLOCK DB-S series (“BI-BLOCK” units) are suitable for medium and large rooms.
The condensing unit, to be placed outside the cold room, ensures extremely low noise emissions.

Technical Information
DB-S series units are characterised by split type construction and by a particular configuration reducing noise to the minimum values possible. The condensing part, is for installation, on the ceiling or floor, outside the cold room and the evaporating part to be installed on the ceiling, inside the cold room. This feature overcomes all problems due to lack of space outside the cold room preventing assembly of the monoblock.
The use of compressors in soundproof compartments and condensers with large surface together with low revolution fans offers extremely reduced noise levels. The use of a speed variator helps reduce noise emissions of the units especially during night functioning and/or in cold climates.The body of the condensing unit is made from epoxide powderpainted steel sheet whereas the evaporator is made in pre-painted sheet. The hermetic sroll compressors are working with refrigerant R404A.
The evaporators are ceiling type (for 121-123-221-135) or cubic
(for 235-335-340) ith condensation water runoff. The DB-S series units are delivered ready to use, i.e. tested and recharged with refrigerant.
The units are equipped with:
- liquid receiver
- liquid sightglass
- thermostatic valve for expansion of the refrigerant
- fully automatic, electric defrosting
- electrical panel with electronic control station
- remote control panel
- condenser fans speed variator (only for 235-335-340)
- compressor crankcase heater (only for 235-335-340)
- compressor compartment insulated with soundproofing material
- interconnecting pipes NOT supplied
