Hot Box storage
The HOT BOX provides a temperature controlled environment of up to + 60 degrees Celsius. This is an example of storage under warm or hot temperature controlled conditions.
The consistent warm temperature is achieved with electric element heaters discharging up to 8KW of heated air into the insulated body. The air temp is controlled by digital controllers allowing audible & visual alarms to be activated if temperature ever varies from its set point. All Hot boxes are fitted as standard with man-trap alarm systems & specialist high temperature fluorescent light fittings if required.
Hot box temperatures can be monitored using one of our data logger systems, which can measure temperatures at up to 6 points & are fully compatible with (BMS) Building Management Systems. We also offer a web based monitoring solution which includes full reporting facilities & optional Temperature alarm notifications by SMS & email.
