British Corner Shop opened new warehousing premises in the Netherlands to offer better support to their EU and worldwide customers. They needed an easy and quick way to distribute frozen produce and CRS supplied them with the 3in1 Mega freezer that was also equipped with our Rmoni cloud-based temperature monitoring system. We provided them with a quick and easy solution to their storage needs but also helped them improve their stock distribution and grow further.
Therefore, shortly after the first move, they realised that moving all the warehousing over would be more cost-effective and needed a quick solution for a storage expansion that would follow the relocation of other operational services.
The CRS team was able to provide a swift upgrade of an existing unit into 7in1 Mega that consisted of 5in1 frozen and 2in1 chilled compartments, which offered better storage versatility but also big energy savings! This upgrade needed to be executed carefully to prevent any possible disruption to their operations, so our team split the installation into two phases to stay in sync with the moving of other warehousing premises.
